Spayed / neutered.
Swiffer came to us from an unfortunate hoarding situation in southwest Florida. Overcrowding of rabbits can lead to ear-chewing and other undesirable behavior, and Swiffer ended up with some notches in his ears, as well as a now healing cut on his lip, likely inflicted by another rabbit. He is now fixed, doing great with his litter box, and ready to put his uncomfortable past behind him for good!
Swiffer is a tiny bun, between 2.5 and 3 pounds. We are estimating he is less than a year old. His smaller size and short ears hint at some Netherland Dwarf in his genetic makeup. This is a very sweet boy who enjoys gentle head pets and ear rubs. Swiffer loves to play with his toys, especially his stackable cups, which often end up in his water bowl. He is looking for a forever home with devoted humans willing to pet him often and retrieve his stackable cups when needed.
We adopt to indoor homes only! If you are interested in adopting a bunny from Orlando Rabbit Care and Adoptions or would like more information on rabbit care, please visit our website at: http://www.orlandorabbit.org. The first step to our adoption process is to complete an adoption application, which can be found here: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/30180/generic . Then one of our volunteers will reach out to you via email to schedule a time to speak with you. Please check your spam for the email!
Our Adoption Fee/Donation for a single rabbit is $80, while a pair is $135. This helps to offset our cost for altering the rabbits and their medical care.
