Meet Breckin. He’s a 6 month old Pyrenees mix that was found as a stray in the cities with his brothers and never claimed.
He loves attention and affection, counter surfing, toys, deer, kids, and walks - he doesn’t really pull either! He’s takes treats really gently too.
He dislikes passing by cars, going down the stairs, and staying in the kennel. We are working on making these things less scary ?
He's currently about 40+ pounds at 6 months old and will be a big boy. He is working on learning his manners and needs a family who will help him get there. A family who understands that just because he's an average adult size, he's still a puppy.
He will be an amazing addition to the right family.
Breckin will be available to adopt after his vetting is finished on September 23rd.
Adoption fee is $450 + tax (no checks)

Our fosters do the best they can to provide all information about the animal's background and temperament while in foster care in their home. An adopters routine and home environment is likely going to be different than that in their foster home.
Sometimes there is more that comes out about a dog's personality once they have been able to settle in a home and truly become comfortable. There are great articles out there written about the different stages a pet goes through after adoption, discussing transitions that happen at 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months. We highly recommend reading about this - it will help you understand the transition your new pet goes through.
